7 day diet plan for weight loss (how to loss weight fast in 1 week)

 



 I'll be sharing with you all keto diet plans with intermittent fasting yes this diet plan will help you lose seven to eight kgs in not more than seven to eight days this diet plan is super effective as we'll be following the incoming fasting 16 to 8 ratio as well as with keto diet plan which will be low carb or no carb with lots of fat. this diet plan is most helpful for vegetarians. I'll be very happy to be a part of your weight loss journey please make sure to follow the start plan for two weeks only and then start any other diet plan and then follow it for again one week this is how you can achieve your weight loss target and as well as for not putting back lost weight so let's begin with a keto diet plan with intermittent fasting as we are doing 16 to 8 so we'll be fasting for 16 hours and eating window will be for eight hours so we'll start our eating window at noon that is 12 p.m.

MORNING:

 Start your morning with fat cutter drink that is prepared with warm lemon water in which add cinnamon powder and black pepper powder as your early morning drink as you wake up.

 and then after that you can even have black coffee or black tea but no calorie or carb drink will have before 12 noon at 12 pm we'll have bullet coffee that is butter coffee

 with either tofu or paneer bhurji you can definitely add veggies to these you can add zucchini eggplant whatever is preferred along with that have bullet coffee so bullet coffee will give you the fat content and tofu or paneer will give you your protein content you can have up to 50 grams of tofu or 50 grams of paneer in your breakfast.

 if you cannot have this for your breakfast I'll be giving a second option which will be you can have yogurt with fruits have a big good bowl of yogurt you can have up to 150 grams of yogurt with fruits now for fruits in keto diet plan you can use berries you can use raspberry strawberries or you can also use half an apple these are the options for your keto breakfast.

LUNCH:

 Now let's proceed towards our second meal that is at 2 pm we'll have our lunch 2 to 3 p.m. you can have your lunch and as usual, before our lunch, we'll have apple cider vinegar in your warm water the quick starter metabolism and also to fasten up the digestion process for the lunch. I'll be giving you two options the first one is you can have a good full bowl of palak paneer sabzi or paneer makhni sabzi with salad and curd you can choose any of these two veggies palak paneer or paneer makhni.

 but make sure for paneer you only use 50 grams of paneer in this meal as well palak you can use as much as possible in a puree form have it along with a salad for the salad you can have and a good bowl of curd you can even use your lettuce leaves as your roti in a keto diet plan it is very effective for your weight loss and trust me you will not feel the need of roti in any diet plan if you use lettuce as your wrap.

The second option for your lunch would be grilled veggies now you can grill any veggies zucchini eggplant that is Mangan onion capsicum grill them properly the recipe for grilled veggies is hair it is very simple to grill the veggies you can even toss it up with some tomato puree and have it for your lunch.

Evening :(snack time)

 now let's proceed towards the third meal that will be a mid-evening snack at around 5 p.m. you can have one cup of green tea or black tea or black coffee along with 5 soaked almonds if you cannot have this for your mid-evening snack you can also substitute it with lassi butter milk try skipping the salt into this and add black pepper powder roasted jeera powder and have a good full glass of lassi.

Dinner:

 Now let's proceed towards our next meal that will be your dinner.  We'll have it by 7 to 8 p.m that will be the last meal of our day for dinner.  I'll be giving you again three options the first option is cabbage soup you can a good bowl of it and have it for your dinner.

 second option would be mushroom and cabbage stir-fry very easy to prepare all you have to do is just chop cabbage and mushroom and grate it on a grilling pan stir-fry it or grill it properly and to this, you can add butter roasted jeera powder roasted black pepper powder some spices some herbs and have it for your dinner.

third option would be a delicious one but you can use it sometimes paneer tikka with lots and lots of capsicum and onion added to it but make sure you use only 50 grams of paneer not more than that at all you can eat stir fry broccoli as a dinner and have it tastes amazing and as well as is delicious in every manner.

Bedtime:

 These are the options for your dinner before going to bed you can have a freshly brewed cup of chamomile tea or if not chemomelty then you can have joint water again great for your digestion.

Drink more water:

For weight loss make sure to drink at least two to three liters of normal room temperature water with this diet plan and you can see tremendous weight loss results happening with the keto diet plan along with intermittent fasting for personalized weight loss.
